I know the guy owns a block in the middle of downtown Fremont , the Velvet Margarjta in Hollywood and the block that it sits on and is putting a velvet margarita in Binions casino and is partners with the owner. I looked up city records and found this all out so if this guys is "bullsht" sign me up
